We want to make sure we get you looking and feeling your best but if you have to send any pieces back, we will gladly accept them! All items that are being returned need to be in the condition they were sent in: scent, tear, and stain free. Tags must still be on every article that is being returned. All items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase. Please include your order slip or receipt that you received with your items. The customer is responsible for tracking the order upon return and paying for shipping fees. Please keep up with your tracking number! This also applies to in store returns.
-STORE CREDIT will be issued for all returns via gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email on file that was entered while placing the online order. If you purchased in store, you will be given a physical gift card for in store credit. All purchases in store must have a receipt in order to return.
-Shipping is NOT included in the refund you receive upon returning an order. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Only the amount that the item was is credited.
-Please make sure you enter the correct address when placing an order. The entered address is automatically printed onto our shipping labels by our system. Once the package is sent out, we are no longer responsible for the package or the address it gets sent to. If you think you entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP so we can make the appropriate changes. If a package was incorrectly delivered by our mail carrier (USPS), please contact them as a point of reference. -All items are inspected before they leave our store, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us, via email, within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide your name and attach a photo and description of what is wrong with the item.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SWIMWEAR AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ANY SALE ITEMS.
-If any items are returned that look worn, damaged, or frayed, we reserve the right to decline the items and they will be returned to the customer. A refund of any sort will NOT be issued. This also includes shoes. If they appear worn, dirty, or damaged in any way, they will not be eligible for return.
-Please email us as you send any items back for refund so we are sure to look out for them. We work as quickly and effectively as we can to take care of returns. Please allow us up to five days to sort and process the items. Thank you!
