We want to make sure we get you looking and feeling your best but if you have to send any pieces back, we will gladly accept them! All items that are being returned need to be in the condition they were sent in and be scent, tear, and stain free. Tags must still be on every article that is being returned. All items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase. Please include your order slip that you receive with your items. The customer is responsible for tracking the order and paying for shipping fees. Store credit will be given for returned items. Thank you!
-Store credit will be sent to the email that was left on file when placing the order. If that is not the desired email, please notify us via email as soon as you can.
-Shipping is not included in the amount of store credit you receive back, it is nonrefundable. Only the amount that the item was is credited!
-Please make sure you put in the correct address. The address is automatically printed by our system and we do not have any control over what address is on the shipping labels! It automatically is entered in the way it was typed in. Once the package is sent out, we are no longer responsible for the address it gets sent to! If you think you entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP so we can try to change it before the order goes out!
-All items are inspected before they leave our store but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us via email within three days of receiving the item. Please provide your name and attach a photo and description of what is wrong with the item.
-If any items are returned and looked worn, damaged, or frayed, they will be returned to the customer and a refund of any sort will NOT be issued. This also includes shoes. If they are appear worn, dirty, or damaged in any way, they will not be eligible for return.
-We work as quickly and effectively as we can to take care of returns. Please allow us up two weeks to sort and process the items.
